Receive your order payments effortlessly from DevourGO using Stripe

To ensure that you receive order payouts without any interruptions, it is important to set up your Stripe account in your DevourGO Merchant Portal.

Merchants should review their POS system to ensure that DevourGO is added as a payment type and order type. If this step was not completed during the aggregator onboarding process, it is essential to add DevourGO to the POS system.

Create a Stripe account for order payments

Log in to the DevourGo Merchant Portal - 

Navigate to Manage Businesses and select the tile of the location you are editing.

Click Create New Stripe Merchant Account to connect to Stripe

Follow the prompts to create the Stripe User Account

Add your business Website and click Continue

You will have the option to select and connect to your bank, or you can click the link at the bottom to Add Your Banking Account Manually. Adding the banking information manually is the most efficient. 

Confirm the banking details and click Continue

Review your details. Click Agree and Submit

After being redirected to DevourGO, you will see the newly connected Stripe Account in
the Banking Details window.

Locate the business to edit > Click the Tile

Navigate to the Payout Settings tab > Select tab

Select the Bank Account from the drop-down menu

You have successfully completed the setup of the DevourGO Stripe Bank. Repeat this process as necessary for any additional accounts.

Reset the Password and log in to the merchant portal. To reset your password, visit

To add your Brand/Restaurant to DevourGO, simply complete and submit the location activation form 

Upon submission of the location activation form, the onboarding team will grant you access to the DevourGO Merchant Portal, allowing you to effectively manage your brand on the platform.

Activating DevourGO through the Checkmate Merchant Portal

1. Merchants log into their Checkmate Merchant Portal

2. Navigate to Location Management > Manage Locations

3. Navigate to Marketplace and select DevourGO 

        a. If DevourGO is not already listed, the merchant will perform a search for DevourGO, and then select the DevourGO Icon. 

4. After choosing DevourGO, the merchant will be redirected to the login page for DevourGO. This action will also trigger a notification to the DevourGO Onboarding Team.

        a. If the user already has an existing DevourGO merchant account, they can simply sign in to the DevourGO Merchant Portal.

        b. If they do not already have a user account, they will be prompted to create one during this step.

5. Once the user gains access to the DevourGO Merchant Portal, they will be guided through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.

Once Rails partners have been enabled, you can activate your stores via the Management tab under the Rails section in the Dashboard. Check out step 2 in the Olo article for details on how to activate stores.

Export the CSV file with the list of Vendor IDs to provide to Devour

To add your Brand to DevourGO, simply complete and submit the location activation form
