Activating DevourGO through the Checkmate Merchant Portal

1. Merchants log into their Checkmate Merchant Portal

2. Navigate to Location Management > Manage Locations

3. Navigate to Marketplace and select DevourGO

a. If DevourGO is not already listed, the merchant will perform a search for DevourGO, and then select the DevourGO Icon.

4. After choosing DevourGO, the merchant will be redirected to the login page for DevourGO. This action will also trigger a notification to the DevourGO Onboarding Team.

a. If the user already has an existing DevourGO merchant account, they can simply sign in to the DevourGO Merchant Portal.

b. If they do not already have a user account, they will be prompted to create one during this step.

5. Once the user gains access to the DevourGO Merchant Portal, they will be guided through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
