  • Payouts for orders placed through DevourGO are processed weekly on Thursdays, for the previous week.

How do I use the Merchant Portal Dashboard?

  • Merchants: Currently there is not a function to track and manage delivery logistics.

What are the fees associated with the DevourGO Marketplace?

  • Marketplace fees are a flat 10% commission for pickup and delivery orders processed through DevourGO.
  • The 10% commission includes credit card processing fees.

How are end users able to pay with cryptocurrency?

  • Users can pay for their orders in DevourGO with accepted cryptocurrencies through their on-account balance or a connected Coinbase wallet.
  • While payments are taken in DevourGO with crypto, these payments are converted to USD/Fiat before payouts are direct deposited to the merchant.
