What is the DevourPlay App?
- DevourPlay is a gaming app that seamlessly integrates food ordering into your gameplay, allowing you to earn rewards and level up just by playing your favorite games across our 2,000+ supported titles.
International Users: While international users can create DevourGO and DevourPlay accounts and earn XP, food ordering is currently limited within the US market at this time.
How can I access the DevourPlay App in Overwolf?
- DevourPlay is accessed from within the Overwolf Store to install and then can be found in your Library or Overwolf Dock.
- Launch Overwolf: Launch the Overwolf application on your PC.
- Navigate to the Store: Search for DevourPlay
- Install the app: Hover over the DevourPlay tile, then click the Download App button to install.
- Once DevourPlay is installed you can access it in your Overwolf Library or Dock to launch.
How do I create an account or log in to DevourPlay?

How does the DevourGo food ordering app work with the DevourPlay app?
- DevourPlay integrates the food ordering functionality, so you can place food orders without leaving your game, and allows you to also track the order's delivery progress on its way to you.
Ordering food through DevourGO and DevourPlay is currently only available within the US.
Are there any requirements to use the ordering feature?
- You must have a valid DevourPlay account with a linked payment method and be in an area where restaurants are available for delivery.
How old do I need to be to use the DevourPlay app?
- To access all DevourPlay features, including ordering, you must self-report as 18 or older.
How do I verify my age for DevourPlay?
- Age verification is self-reported during account creation by confirming your age. We may introduce additional verification options for users under 18 in the future.
What is XP and how does it work in the app?
- XP (Experience Points) is a reward system in DevourPlay where you earn points for gameplay time and event participation.
- XP can be used for rewards or leveling up in the app.
- Gameplay time is rewarded Automatically
- Event Rewards have to be Claimed
How do I earn XP?
- You earn XP by playing Overwolf-supported games with the DevourPlay app running. You get Time Rewards based on how long you play (10 XP per hour), and Event Rewards are based on completing specific in-game challenges, like killing enemies or completing tasks in supported games. (Note that these will change on an ongoing basis).
What can I use XP for?
- XP can be used to unlock rewards, special offers, and possibly discounts on food orders. It also contributes to leveling up within the DevourGo loyalty program (GoVIP).
Can I transfer my XP between games or other Overwolf accounts?
- XP is cumulative across all supported games you play with DevourPlay running. However, you cannot transfer XP between accounts.
What are the daily/weekly XP caps?
- The maximum amount of XP you can earn from Time Rewards is 1000 XP per week. This limit resets at midnight Eastern Time on Monday (Sunday going into Monday). Note: If there is a time change for daylight savings at 2 am on Sundays, any XP that is granted before 12:00 am EST on the following Monday will be rewarded for the previous week. XP granted after that time, will be rewarded on the following week.
What are the different quests that can be done to earn XP?
Each quest provides specific XP amounts depending on the challenge.
- Quests vary depending on the game, but typical examples include:
- Killing a certain number of enemies in Fortnite or Valorant.
- Completing in-game tasks in League of Legends.
Where do I find eligible games and their quests?
How do I view my XP balance?
- You can view your XP balance in the DevourPlay app or in the GoVIP section of your DevourGO account.
- You will see the default XP view of the current XP earned in your current GoVIP level.
- You can see your total XP earned by viewing the Leader Board.
What does XP get me?
- Currently, XP accrue to level-up your GoVIP account. Soon you will also be able to use your XP to purchase Gaming cards and to swap for Fuel to place food orders.
What happens to my XP if I stop using the app or game?
- Your XP remains in your GoVIP as long as your Devour account is active.
In-Game Ordering
- How do I place an order while playing the game?
- You can place a food order directly from the DevourPlay app while playing. Navigate to the order section in the app, choose a restaurant, select items from the menu, and complete the order using the available payment methods without leaving your game.
- What restaurants are available for me to order from while using the app?
- Available restaurants depend on your location. The DevourPlay app will display a list of restaurants, within a 5-mile radius (as the crow flies), that deliver to your address, when you use the ordering feature.
- How do I know when my order is on the way?
- You will see delivery stage status changes within the My Orders page <> Track Order
- You will also receive text message alerts regarding status updates as well.
- Where can I check the status of my delivery?
- To track an active delivery order, go to the My Orders section in your account and select Track Order.
- How can I cancel or change my order once it is placed?
- Once the restaurant receives the order, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Payment and Rewards
- Can I convert my XP to Fuel?
- As of now, XP cannot be directly converted into Fuel. However, this could be a feature introduced in future updates, so keep an eye on new developments.
- How does my XP relate to Leveling up on DevourGo?
- XP earned through DevourPlay can help you level up on Devour’s GoVIP. As you earn XP, you move through different loyalty tiers, unlocking more benefits and rewards on the Devour GoVIP platform.
- How do loyalty tiers work with XP?
- As you earn XP, you
canmove through different GoVIP tiers (Levels 1-4+), each offeringbetterrewards, to include but not limited to Devour Merch, Fantasy dining trips and $20K Ethereum.
- How can I unlock Level 4 and beyond in GoVIP?
- By purchasing and holding an Industry Pass within your DevourGO account wallet or connected external wallet.
Troubleshooting
- My XP isn’t updating, what should I do?
- If your XP isn’t updating, try restarting the app and ensuring you are connected to the internet. If the issue persists, check for any pending app updates or report the issue to support through the in-app help feature.
- I didn’t receive my XP after completing my quest/task, how can I report it?
- XP for completing a quest/task is not awarded automatically.
- You must claim the XP in DevourPlay after completing a quest/task.
- If you feel you have claimed the XP reward but still do not believe it was credited, you can report missing XP by submitting a ticket through the DevourPlay app’s help section.
- Include details about the quest or task, and the support team will investigate and credit your account if appropriate.
Security
- How is my personal data protected in the DevourPlay app?
- DevourPlay uses industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your personal information, including your account details and payment information. All sensitive data is securely stored, and we adhere to strict privacy policies to ensure that your information is protected at all times.
- Is my payment information stored securely?
- Yes, your payment information is encrypted and stored securely. Devour does not store full payment details directly within the app but use trusted third-party payment processors to ensure the highest level of security for transactions.
- How can I enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on my account?
- 2FA is enabled for all users that have created your account via DevourGo.io or DevourPlay.
- How do I delete my account and personal data from DevourPlay?
- To delete your account and all associated personal data, you can go to the account settings within the app and select the option to delete your account. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. If you need assistance, our support team can help guide you through the process. We recommend exporting your Magic Wallet private key before deleting your account. Please see the information under “Other”.

How do I delete my DevourGO account? ******* DELETING YOUR DEVOURGO ACCOUNT CAN NOT BE REVERSED ****** Deleting your account will permanently erase all information, experience points, FUEL, and Industry Passes held in the account & wallets. This cannot be reversed. Before deleting your account, please make sure all FUEL and Industry Passes have been moved to an external wallet(s)
