These Official Giveaway Rules (the "Official Giveaway Rules") apply to the Giveaway (defined below). Giveaway entrants are responsible for reviewing and understanding these Official Giveaway Rules prior to entering the Giveaway. By entering into the Giveaway you accept the terms and conditions of these Official Giveaway Rules and agree to be legally bound by them.

ACTIVISION PUBLISHING INC., CORSAIR GAMING INC., MONSTER ENERGY COMPANY, AND THEIR ASSOCIATED COMPANIES, AFFILIATES OR SUBSIDIARIES ARE NOT SPONSORS OR ADMINISTRATORS OF THIS GIVEAWAY AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE GIVEAWAY, INCLUDING THE COLLECTION OR PROCESSING OF ENTRIES OR THE SELECTION OF WINNERS. POLARIS, ACTIVISION, CALL OF DUTY®, CORSAIR, SCUF, MONSTER ENERGY® NAMES AND/OR LOGOS ARE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTION AND/OR PRIZE DESCRIPTION ONLY.

1. Sponsor

1.1. The Sponsor of the POLARIS + CALL OF DUTY® SEASON 01 GIVEAWAY is Polaris Inc. (the "Sponsor")

2. Administrator

2.1. The Administrator of the POLARIS + CALL OF DUTY® SEASON 01 GIVEAWAY is Devour Next Inc., (the "Administrator") by way of the DevourPlay.io (the "Platform")

3. Eligibility

3.1. The POLARIS + CALL OF DUTY® SEASON 01 GIVEAWAY (the "Giveaway") is only open to those who sign up at www.polaris-cod.gg. To be eligible to enter the Giveaway and to be eligible to win a Prize (as described below), a person must be, at the time of entry into the Giveaway:

3.2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a person is ineligible to enter the Giveaway and ineligible to win a Prize if they are a resident of Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands or other U.S. territories. You are ineligible to enter the Giveaway and ineligible to win a Prize if the Sponsor, Administrator, or Platform has banned you from participating in this Giveaway or all Giveaways on the Platform.

3.3. The Sponsor and Administrator shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the Giveaway. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification.

3.4. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to the Sponsor or Administrator for the purpose of the Giveaway must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. The Administrator reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant should such an entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.

3.5. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Polaris Inc., Activision Publishing Inc., Corsair Gaming Inc., Monster Energy Company and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

4. Agreement to Rules

4.1. By entering the Giveaway, the entrant ("You") agree to comply with and abide by these Official Giveaway Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, and You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements as described in section 3.

4.2. In addition, you agree to accept the Administrator's decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway. You should look solely to the Administrator with any questions, comments or issues related to the Giveaway.

5. Entry Period

5.1. The Giveaway begins on December 4th, 2025 at 12:00PM PT and ends on January 1st, 2026 at 11:59PM PT (the "Total Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Total Entry Period and the Entry Periods (described below) will not be eligible. Total Entry Period to consist of four (4) weekly Entry Periods (each a "Entry Period") with entry eligibility valid expressly during the periods of time outlined below:

6. How to Enter

6.1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY.

6.2. The Giveaway must be entered by submitting a(n) available Giveaway entry (each, an "Entry Method") using the online form provided at www.polaris-cod.gg and pass any verification requirements set by the Administrator and/or Platform.

6.3. The entry must fulfil all requirements of the Giveaway, as specified, to be eligible to win a Prize (described below).

6.4. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the Official Giveaway Rules or specifications of the Giveaway may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Administrator.

6.5. You must provide the information requested.

6.6. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Official Giveaway Rules.

6.7. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Official Giveaway Rules of the Giveaway, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Administrator and/or Platform.

7. Prize

7.1. The prizes available to be won consist of the following, to be delivered to the winner (the "Winner") and fulfilled solely by the Sponsor (each, a "Prize"). Each Prize to be drawn as a weekly prize package (each a "Prize Package") on or around the dates indicated below:

7.1.1. Grand Prize – Prize draw to occur after the Total Entry Period, on or around January 1st, 2026. One (1) winner will receive a Grand Prize consisting of:

7.1.2. Week 1 Prize Bundle – Prize draw to occur after Week 1 Entry Period, on or around December 11th, 2025. One (1) winner will receive a Week 1 Prize Bundle consisting of:

7.1.3. Week 2 Prize Bundle – Prize draw to occur after Week 2 Entry Period, on or around December 18th, 2025. One (1) winner will receive a Week 2 Prize Bundle consisting of:

7.1.4. Week 3 Prize Bundle – Prize draw to occur after Week 3 Entry Period, on or around December 25th, 2025. Three (3) winners will receive a Week 3 Prize Bundle consisting of:

7.1.5. Week 4 Prize – Prize draw to occur after Week 4 Entry Period, on or around January 1st, 2026. One (1) winner will receive a Week 4 Prize consisting of:

7.2. You are responsible for all costs not expressly described as being included as part of the Prize including, without limitation, the cost of procuring any video-game necessary to access the Prize, any subscription fees for such videogame, internet and data costs, electricity costs, and computer hardware, video-game console, or mobile device costs.

7.3. Neither the Sponsor, nor Administrator will be held responsible in any manner whatsoever should the winner (a) not be satisfied in any way with the Prize or (b) be incapable of accessing the Prize.

7.4. It is your responsibility to ensure you are able to access and use the Prize. For example, this may require procuring any video-game necessary to access the Prize paying subscription fees for such videogame, having access to the internet, and possessing sufficiently capable computer hardware, video-game console, or mobile device.

7.5. The Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is not transferable or for resale and has no cash surrender value. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, and for any reason whatsoever, to substitute a Prize for one of approximately equal or greater value without liability.

7.6. THE WINNER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL TAXES AND FOR ALL TAX REPORTING ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF THE PRIZE. IF YOU ARE THE WINNER, YOU AGREE TO COOPERATE WITH THE SPONSOR'S OR ADMINISTRATOR'S REASONABLE REQUESTS IN CONNECTION WITH COMPLETION AND SUBMISSION OF APPLICABLE TAX FORMS AND ANY OTHER REQUIRED TAX FILINGS OR COMPLIANCE MATTERS AND CONSENT TO THE DISCLOSURE TO THE SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IN CONNECTION WITH THE SAME. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, FOR TAX REPORTING PURPOSES, IF THE WINNER IS A RESIDENT OF THE U.S., THEY MAY BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR WITH A VALID TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER OR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND THE SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR MAY ISSUE AN IRS FORM 1099-MISC IN THE WINNER'S NAME.

7.7. Actual/appraised value of Prize may differ at time of Prize award. The specifics of the Prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other Prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor's discretion. The Prize is non transferable. Substitution of the Prize or transfer, or assignment of the Prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the Prize by the Winner is not permitted. Any and all Prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and Administrator to use the Winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7.8. You may only be eligible for one (1) weekly Prize Bundle as a part the Weekly Entry Periods. However, You may be selected as a Winner for a weekly Prize Package but still retain eligibility for the grand prize draw as a part of the Total Entry Period.

8. Odds of Winning

8.1. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Selection and Notification

9.1. The Winner will be selected by random draw under the supervision of the Sponsor and Administrator.

9.2. The Winner will be notified within 7 days of the winner selection. The Sponsor and Administrator shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

9.3. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize within 3 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

9.4. Receipt of the Prize offered in this Giveaway by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these Official Giveaway Rules by the Winner at the Sponsor's sole discretion will result in the Winner's disqualification as Winner, and all privileges as Winner will be immediately terminated.

10. Rights Granted by the Entrant

10.1. By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that the Sponsor and/or Administrator and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor and/or Administrator or their respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

10.2. By entering this content, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party's proprietary or intellectual property rights.

10.3. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Administrator.

10.4. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims.

10.5. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless both Polaris Inc., Corsair Gaming Inc., Activision Publishing Inc., and Skillful Squirrel Creative Inc. from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Polaris Inc., Corsair Gaming Inc., Activision Publishing Inc., and Skillful Squirrel Creative Inc. may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party's right.

11. General

11.1. The Administrator, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend in whole or in part this Giveaway at any time and in any way, without prior notice. Without limiting the foregoing, if for any reason the Giveaway is not capable of running as originally planned, for example as a result of tampering or infection by a computer virus, the Administrator may cancel the Giveaway and conduct a draw from all previously received eligible entries.

11.2. The Sponsor and Administrator do not assume any responsibility for and are not responsible for (i) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information and entries that fail to comply with the Official Giveaway Rules; (ii) any loss, damage, or claims caused by a Prize or the Giveaway itself; (iii) your inability to access a Prize; or (iv) any failure of the Platform during the Entry Period and/or Total Entry Period, including any problems, human or technical errors, printing or typographical errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or failures of any telephone or computer lines or networks, technical malfunctions of any computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, access providers, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from downloading any material connected to the Giveaway, all of which may affect a person's ability to participate in the Giveaway.

11.3. The Sponsor and Administrator do not assume any responsibility for and are not responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in an entrant's mailbox to receive e-mail messages, or for late, illegible, incomplete, falsified, damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled, or incomplete entries, which will be void.

11.4. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void.

11.5. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted.

11.6. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution, and to disqualify an entrant from the Giveaway or any other promotion conducted by the Sponsor or facilitated by the Administrator now or in the future. In the event it is determined that an entrant has entered the Giveaway in a manner contrary to the Official Giveaway Rules and/or has submitted more than the number of entries permitted by the Official Giveaway Rules, the entrant and all of the entries submitted by the entrant will be disqualified.

11.7. The Administrator reserves the right to disqualify an entrant from any Giveaway if the Administrator determines, in its sole discretion, that they have harassed, trolled, inconvenienced, annoyed, caused nuisance, occasioned violence on any person, caused property damage, or otherwise misused the Giveaway or the Platform or breached these terms and conditions.

11.8. If, due to any technical, production or other error, more prizes are claimed or awarded than are described in the Official Giveaway Rules, the number of prizes identified in the Official Giveaway Rules will be awarded in a random drawing from all such prize claims received.

11.9. In no event will the Sponsor or Administrator be responsible or liable for more than the stated number of prizes described in the Official Giveaway Rules.

11.10. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws.

11.11. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned.

11.12. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of the Official Giveaway Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants, the Sponsor and Administrator in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

11.13. The approximate retail value of a Prize as stated by the Sponsor in point of sale advertising, and other advertising, promotion materials, and/or in these Official Giveaway Rules is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, the passage of time between the date the approximate retail value are stated by the Sponsor and the date the Prize is awarded or redeemed. If, at the time a Prize is redeemed or awarded, the actual prevailing retail purchase price for that Prize is less than the approximate retail value stated by the Sponsor in point of sale, television, print, or online advertising, promotion materials, on the Platform, and/or in these Official Giveaway Rules, the Prize winner will not be entitled to a cheque or cash for the price difference.

11.14. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Official Giveaway Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Giveaway-related materials or content, including, but not limited to: the Giveaway entry form, and/or point of sale, television, print or online advertising, and the Platform; the terms and conditions of these Official Giveaway Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

11.16. Unless clearly offered on the Giveaway page, if a Giveaway is not translated into a specific language, it can be requested by emailing [email protected] We are happy to provide a version of the Official Giveaway Rules, and/or any other pertinent legal documents in the requested language.

11.15. Unless clearly identified as such at the top of these Official Giveaway Rules or on the Giveaway page, Devour Next Inc. is not the Sponsor of this Giveaway.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1. BY ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY YOU AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS DEVOUR NEXT INC., POLARIS INC., MONSTER ENERGY COMPANY, AND ACTIVISION PUBLISHING, INC. THEIR SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, PARTNERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS FROM ANY LIABILITY, ILLNESS, INJURY, DEATH, LOSS, LITIGATION, CLAIM OR DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR NOT, FROM (I) SUCH ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY AND/OR HIS/HER ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE OR ANY PORTION THEREOF; (II) UNAUTHORISED HUMAN INTERVENTION IN ANY PART OF THE GIVEAWAY; (III) ELECTRONIC OR HUMAN ERROR IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE GIVEAWAY OR THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES; (IV) TECHNICAL ERRORS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE MALFUNCTION OF ANY COMPUTER, CABLE, NETWORK, HARDWARE, OR SOFTWARE, OR OTHER MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT; (V) THE UNAVAILABILITY OR INACCESSIBILITY OF ANY TRANSMISSIONS, TELEPHONE, OR INTERNET SERVICE; (VI) PRINTING ERRORS; (VII) LOST, LATE, POSTAGE DUE, MISDIRECTED, OR UNDELIVERABLE MAIL.

13. Disputes

13.1. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in this Giveaway, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the United States having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Giveaway). You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

14. Winners List

14.1. To request a copy of the winners list please contact the Administrator. Requests must be sent within two (2) weeks of the end of the Total Entry Period.

15. Social Media

15.1. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X Corp., Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks that are used to share the Giveaway. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the Giveaway and not to Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks.

16. Privacy

16.1. The Sponsor and Administrator respect each entrant's right to privacy. By entering the Giveaway and voluntarily providing personal information, you consent and agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information for the administration of the Giveaway.

16.2. We will not share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing of mobile information is strictly limited to the operation of the giveaway and necessary verification processes.

17. Acceptance of Rules

17.1. By participating in the Giveaway, You have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Giveaway Rules, terms and conditions.
